Our store operates under direct policies designed for domestic dispatch across New Zealand. Please review our refund terms before completing your order.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on purchases. Books are vulnerable to minor cosmetic impact during transit and can easily get knocked about while in the postal network. While we ensure parcels leave packed within an inch of their lives, we have no control over how returns are sent back to us.
Because all sales are final, we ask our New Zealand customers to choose wisely before checking out. Please verify book titles and formats prior to payment.
